Booking is for weekly periods throughout the year with the changeover day on Saturdays. To allow time for cleaning etc, it is essential that guests arrive after 4pm and leave not later than 10am. The maximum number of guests at any one time is 10. The calendars at the bottom of the page show availability: dates in red are booked.
The tariff for 2012 is as follows:
28 Apr – 26 May inclusive 975 euros per week
26 May – 30 June inclusive 1500 euros per week
30 June – 1 Sept inclusive 1900 euros per week
1 Sept – 29 Sept inclusive 1500 euros per week
There is a reduction of 5% for periods of 2 or more consecutive weeks.
The tariff includes bed linen, bath towels and swimming towels. The house will be cleaned between bookings. If two or more weeks are booked, cleaning can be carried out on a weekly basis at an extra charge of 75 euros. Linen can be changed weekly during longer lets at an extra charge of 120 euros.
On booking, a deposit of 25% is required with the balance payable in full, plus a damage deposit of 200 euros, six weeks before the start of your holiday. If a cancellation is made more than eight weeks before the due start date the booking deposit will be refunded in full. Otherwise the booking deposit is not refundable. The damage deposit will be repaid, less the cost of any damage or loss which has occurred, after the end of the letting.
