Le Sivadal

Le Sivadal is set in the countryside approximately 7 km from the small town of Cordes sur Ciel and, in the opposite direction, Laguepie. (See ‘things to do nearby’ for more information about local towns and villages.) Its rural location makes a car essential.

The house is about one and a quarter hours drive from the airports at Toulouse Blagnac or Rodez. Although a longer drive, there are also flights to Carcassone and Bordeaux. Car hire is available from all airports. Driving from a French channel port takes about eight to ten hours depending on which port is used.

Guests have also come by train to Toulouse and picked up a hire car by the main station.

For shopping, Cordes sur Ciel provides daily needs. There are hypermarkets in Albi and Gaillac (both about 35 minutes drive). There is also a list of all the local markets in the house.
